    Purchased as it looked simple for my parents- almost 90. Not... The six month free printer cartridge is not true. You have to sign up and they count it by app/ I had to order cartridges and do face time sessions to problem solve. Dont know if I'll return it.

    The atutomatic Hp refil is a major pain. I have a home pc and I don’t count pages and turn in expense reports. This machine is LESS to but new than it is to buy just ink refills

    HP has made it completely impossible to connect to wifi! DO NOT BUY!!! I have spent an hour with HP customer service and they can’t even help me connect this horrible printer to the wifi. Not buying this garbage again!

    Horrible! Installation with my apple computer was awful, and the printing quality was even worst! Would definitely not purchase again! Garbage! And apparently Best Buy only gives you 15 days to exchange and not 30.

    I can only print. I cannot scan or fax unless I join my wireless network. No printer should be designed like that. One should have 2 clearly separate options: wireless or USB, Poor design by the declining HP company.

    I bought this as a gift, so I really don't know if it is any good. I haven't heard from the one I gave it to. I only know the HP printers I've had in the past were good. Only problem with them was the cost of the ink.

    paper tray is small, not very durable, don't let the lid drop to fast as then. it periodically won't make a copy not a fan, but it was a low cost option and hard to compare since I was used to an OfficeJet

    Printer very loud and don’t scan. It took 2 days to get connected. Hp to internet company back to HP helpline about 3 times. Finally someone from hp was able to figure out how to get me connected.
