Junk!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got ripped off. I printed some stuff when I first got it over a month ago. Just went to make a copy and three times, wouldn't spit out the paper the rest of the way. Total waste of money!

Posted .Hi, Justin.
I’m sorry that your printer has stopped working properly. Your frustration comes as no surprise, considering the device failed to fully process a sheet of paper on three consecutive tries. I want to help you resolve this situation. I hope the resources I’ve listed below reach that end.
First, this might be a problem with the document feeder. I recommend you follow a guide on our support site to document feeders that pull through too many pages at once or fail to pick up any paper at all. I realize this doesn’t precisely describe the issue you’ve encountered, but I believe it might help you fix the problem nonetheless. Find that guide here:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3833686-1493864-16
However, if the paper seems to be stuck deeper within the device, I suggest that you go through the steps in a guide to clearing and avoiding paper jams. Find that guide here:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_6246550-6246594-16
If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:
- support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You get what you pay for. It’s cheap and the papper feels very wet after printing out a photo and I have to unplug it every other day because it just stops working.

Wireless feature doesn't work
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I could only make it print by connecting printer directly to computer. The wireless would not set up even when I put printer right next to the computer. I do not recommend this product.

Avoid at all cost!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Garbage. Set up was easy but support sucks. Black ink cartridge doesn’t work/print. Have to spend $17 on a new cartridge to see if it is the printer or the ink. Done with Best Buy.

Posted .Hi there.
I’m sorry that your printer has performed poorly, and that you’ve not received the support you need. I can certainly understand why the device not printing black and then you buying a new cartridge to see whether it solves the problem would leave you feeling put out. I want to help you out of this situation, so I’ll suggest a resource that I hope will make that happen.
I can’t tell from your review whether you contacted the seller or HP for support. If you’ve not done so already, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. Instant ink is a scam
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The whole instant ink thing is a scam. If you don't pay for the membership the ink is useless. Why give it out if you cant even use it. SCAM.

Great little printer!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great little printer that fits perfectly on a small desk. It was really easy to setup with the HP Smart App - after unboxing, I was printing within 5 minutes. I was also able to easily install the print cartridges - there are only two one for black and one for tri-color, which is really great if you're looking for that simplicity - and run the alignment process. It was also really easy to setup the WiFi, load paper, and remove all the tape. It was also very well packaged and completely wrapped in shrink wrap to prevent damage during shipping. The print quality is also very good for only having two ink cartridges total and it holds a decent amount of paper for its compact size. It has a very small profile overall, so it's perfect for small desks or areas. I haven't put it to the full test yet, but so far it prints relatively fast compared to similar printers and again has pretty decent quality. It also has a scanner and document feeder to scan or copy multiple pages at once. Overall, I'd recommend this printer for basic printing needs as well as copying and scanning.
