I can’t even get the thing setup to see how it works. HP is soooooo NOT user friendly. 5 hours in with multiple contacts to HP and still can’t connect the stupid printer. Should have read the first review seriously. Maybe you will get lucky and be able to use it.

It stopped working after maybe 4 print outs. Returned it to the store and found out that the model I had purchased was out of date and I couldn’t exchange. I’m avoiding all HP products and you should do the same..

      Hi, Nick.

I’m sorry that your printer stopped working after only a handful of uses, and that the seller declined your attempt to exchange it. I can certainly understand why that would be an unwelcome turn of events. I want to help you out of this dilemma, so I’ll provide some clarifying information and resources aimed at making that happen.

First, I’m not 100 percent sure what the seller meant when referring to this printer as “out of date,” but it’s a relatively new model, so unless it was related to what the store had in stock, there should not have been a problem. Regardless, for help with the technical issue the printer faces, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
