    This was very difficult to navigate the device. It took many attempts to scan- the network would not connect properly. Print became an issue too- I had a much easier time with old brother printer. After over a month of problems- I was able to print through the device network- but I have to connect to network and disconnect from internet. I even bought a wire to connect manually- no luck there either. I am unable to connect other devices. The instant ink never came even after I signed up for feee trial.

    The 4255e printer is a great printer for those that don't print a lot. And HP refill program is also very nice because for a small monthly fee they.make sure you never run out of ink.

    So far I love this printer. I had an older version for a long time so I was used to how it operates. The wireless set up went pretty smoothly. I did it on my own in spite of my advanced age. All those years learning tech stuff has paid off. I caught it on sale so the price was great. Delivery was super fast. This printer meets my needs and, hopefully, will continue to for a while.

    This is the perfect printer for my home use and especially for the price. The print is nice and clear and the printer is easy to use. I have not tried the mobile ‘fax’ on it however to see how it works.

    Easy Set Up, Instant Ink Is Amazing, and the Auto Document Feeder is very handy. The only issue is 2 sided printing. It works great but the margins are off on the back side
