It is a prefect decision i made with a printer. Easy to use and print perfectly.

Works good. Had issues trying to get free ink for 3 months though. Trying to work that out. Other than that printer works as it should. Also got the warranty which gives peace of mind.

AMAZING PRICE PAID SINCE IT IS NOT EXTREMELY HIGH LIKE IT WAS PAID FOR A PRINTER BEFORE. EFFECTIVELY USED EASILY IN THIS HOUSE WITH EXTREME QUALITY. ALL THESE THINGS FOR ME WERE MIRACLES. THIS ALSO SHOWED FORTH THE GOODNESS OF THOSE IN BEST BUY WHO MAKE THIS PRODUCT AVAILABLE FOR US ALL TOO.

Just needed a simple low end printer. It is fine for my needs, just a little slow to get going when I activate print. Don't know if it's the printer or my computer, but I am satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent for homework, perfect size and easy to use

This printer is just what I needed for my home office. I use all the features. It is a little slower than I would have liked, but it is a great value for the money.

I'm not tech savvy but this little printer was easy for even me to set up. One thing though, it kept saying driver not available and I didn't know what to do. I went to the HP Smart app and used troubleshoot and it fixed it.

Wifi setup was a breeze needed it for the new school year since buying ink it basically the same cost as buying a new printer.

Good printer for the price. Easy to set up. Simple to use.Printer can be used with ubs cord, as well as wifi. Ubs cord not included. I read the reviews before I purchase this printer. Yes, like other reviews, the paper jams quite often. To prevent some many paper jams, I've put less paper in the paper tray. Seems to prevent less jams. It scans paper nicely. The ink included is good. I dont know if i would recommend anyone to purchase due to paper jams.

Document feeder is very useful. Scanning is good. Prints good. Ink is expensive. The downside is it doesn't have a go-to screen to make changes. I had a 4100 HP and replaced it with this printer when the printer heads went bad. The heads went bad because I only use it for 3 months in the summer and this was the newer model. I hope that doesn't happen this time

Not extremely fast but ok for what it's beingb used for. It was for my Mom and had to work with a Telikin 18.6 computer. did work, just not woreless.

Sadly had to replace my 12 year old printer (Goodbye old friend) and love buying at Best Buy. I checked out what they carried on line, found the HP 4355 with a 3 month free ink deal, so stopped in the store while running chores. I was waited on right away, the clerk helped me unload the old printer, an equally old desktop tower and monitor, then brought the new printer to the counter where I waited. I paid to have the monitor recycled (which was all returned basically in a gift certificate, the other 2 items were no cost). He found an additional $20 off the model, checked me out and put it in my trunk! 15 minutes max since I knew what I wanted. I'm 76, had it out of box, set up and working on my wi-fi that day. Prints sharply, easy to load the ink cartridge and paper, fits on the top of the 2 drawer file easily. Only complaint is the machine is a little bit noisier than my old one, but then again, I don't hear as well either so it's a wash. Great little printer! Great value!

The printer is great! Small/compact and lightweight. Bought for college dorm. However, Im upset because I was prompted the option to add ink cartridge to my cart. I clicked on add, but the added product is not compatible with this new printer I bought. I just realized this and the 15-day return window has closed. Not happy about this.

Quick, good quality print for a small printer. I print occasionally, but do have a regular need. Ink cartridge refills are expensive but seem to be industry standard prices. Fairly easy to set up, and experienced no issues. Would recommend.

I absolutely love this printer and the app that comes with it. It’s super easy to use, and my favorite part is being able to scan documents straight from my phone through the app and send them right to the printer. It makes everything so convenient and saves me a ton of time. Great quality, simple setup, and perfect for everyday printing and scanning. The mobile faxing option is a huge bonus — it makes sending documents so simple without needing a separate fax machine.

Purchased this printer/scanner to replace an old HP 4030 Deskjet. I prefer using a USB connection to computer so thought this would be a good fit for my needs. Setting this printer up with a USB proved to be extremely difficult, despite the pathetic instructions stating it was very straightforward. By doing so, I have cannot use any of the HP SmartApp features, apparently they only work with wireless connection. It appears that HP wants users to only use wireless and you pay a high price for wanting to use a USB cable. I have to give a tremendous amount of credit to a young lady at a Tucson Best Buy, who spent a couple of hours trying to get the scanner and printer to talk to a HP Omni 3 computer. Without her expertise, I would have returned to the store. The printer itself seems to be fine, operates in a manner similar to my older model.

I like the fact it takes 2 cartridges instead of four. And it is working fine
