I tried to print out a 20-page article for the first time and it wouldn’t print, started glitching, and all of the lights on the printer started blinking until I unplugged it. I know it’s a relatively cheap printer, but this is ridiculous.

They spent 5 days before they got it to connect. They said it was the slowest printer they had ever saw. It literally takes 5 minutes to print one page. Still haven't got it to connect Bluetooth to my laptop. There is NOTHING I like about this printer and don't think I will keep it long at all. I don't think Best Buy or anybody should be allowed to have this HP-Deskjet 4355 on their shelves. You will truly regret it if you purchase this printer!!!

I was planning to replace a 2700 with this. They use the exact same ink cartridge method. I just pulled out the old 2700 and sure enough they use the same ink jet system. This was my second 4355 and has the same problem.
