Good basic desktop. Great for email and web searches. Runs Microsoft 365. Easy to setup

I would not recommend this desktop tower !!!!! very little memory not very fast ! also dose not have intel processors

I use this HP computer for web surfing and compiling excel schedules. So fast and responsive. I also play and burn compact discs. This is a fantastic machine for my purposes, and the price made it a great value.

TO MANY ADS CONECTED TO COMPUTER, THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU TO GET ADS OFF COMPUTER

When you install a program of course it has to be rebooted to take effect. But this PC just hangs there at the logo screen. Forever. So I manually reboot and of course it freaks out because I’ve shut down incorrectly, attempts to “fix” the errors I caused, I end up having to reset the PC, which wipes out the program I’ve installed…rinse and repeat. Ran diagnostics, disabled startup apps…still the logo screen. So I have to load up this piece of crap and take it back.

I was very unhappy to receive this computer and find it DOES NOT have a dvd/cd drive in it even though it shows in the picture as having one. So false photo!! So I returned it to the store for credit and bought one with a drive in it from another source.

Im really happy with my new desktop computer always i like this brand HP products,really i recommend this product .

Ryzen 3, slow Ram, cheap SSD. Dont have high hopes.

Low storage, low graghics and over all low grade parts.

Excellent Product. Had to Replace old Tower From 2007. Windows 11 Easy Easy To set up. Very very Affordable.

This computer does not come with a hard drive and the sales rep never told me that it does not come with one and now it’s not returnable

Very confused and unhappy, I am having problems with files that were to be transferred, I have no pictures in their file, my important death certificate for my husband is missing, my sewing machine manual on-line was missing. I do not want to come to store. Home service Needed

Computer makes the speakers pop from screen to screen. Computer freezes from time to time. Need to restart 2-3 times a week. Would not buy again.

Terrible speed. Poor graphics ability. Have to keep unplugging and plugging in monitor due to screen disappearing. After 3 months got critical error and couldn't load ,reset, or recover so took to geeksquad and after 1 week it still hasn't reached the repair center yet.

Such a great upgrade for my Dell monitor. Best option, price and protection plan.

RETURNING UNIT AS IT DOES NOT OPEN MY FILES FROM THE EXTERNAL DRIVE (ALSO RETURNING IT)

Stopped working consistently right outside the warranty period. After that timeframe, the computer would randomly freeze and force you to restart it losing all progress.
