I went to best buy to get a new computer becauce mine only 6 year old and it has windows 10 so now i got window 11 and it works great

Am very pleased with this purchase. The computer I replaced was extremely slow and very frustrating at times. It sure is nice to have one that doesn't take forever to do what you want it to do.

East to set up and capable of what we use it for. A good buy for the price.

I like it but it seems very flimsy. I loaded up with memory so we'll see if it continues to be fast. It's very quiet. I was disappointed there was no CD/DVD drive, though there is a space for it. Lots of USB ports in the front. Was fairly easy to set up but had to add local acct and delete the forced microsoft account. Not much bloatware, which was great.

This was an open box purchase and I was totally satisfied. Setup was relatively easy. I took a little getting used to Windows 11. I am still checking out all of the features of 365 and Windows 11, but the computer itself was a real deal

great computer for what I need, Selling on line and playing games in POGO. Lots of speed compared to old computer

Works fine. I am glad I got it. I do miss it doesn't have a DVD player though. But I guess it shows my age

Bought a computer several weeks ago at Best Buy and got such a good deal and had not shopped at Best Buy for a long time due to Covid, so it was a pleasure to shop and get a great deal on a computer and it is fast. Love it, thanks to the floor salesmen, will be back to shop again soon.

Replaced an older version of this HP desk computer. Delivery was super quick. Packaged very well. Was easy to set up. No problems with my purchase at all. Best Buy is the best.

We have an age disadvantage ie my wife and I are both past the age of being computer geniuses but we are happy with our purchase and it is soooo much faster then our old computer!

its very useful for my son he plays fortnite and he says its not a high end gaming monitor but it works and runs fortnite rec room and call of duty quite well he says he would recommend to any first pc players just to get a feel on how pc gaming works

This is a great basic home computer. I use mine for light gaming and Microsoft Office.

This PC is everything I wanted in a computer. It was relatively easy to set up on my own as I am a female senior citizen who is not an IT specialist but was able to follow instructions that came with it and the prompts on computer and had it up and running fairly quickly.

This HP desktop is fast. The unit itself was not heavy. The price was a fair one plus taling out a 2 year warrenty

Getting the memory bank meant I didn't have to buy a new desk top computer.
