    Best Buy did a great job helping me choose a new computer setup and then setting it up for me. They also did a transfer of all the stuff on my old computer. It was done effortlessly and well,

    I really love and appreciate this computer. Especially seeing I was using a Dinasaur for the past few years. It's all the computer I need. I did a lot of research and for a budget computer it's great!

    I'm not computer savvy, and although it said it was easy to assemble, I had trouble, due to the HDMI Cable and the AVI cable. I already had some cables, but ultimately, I had to go to a computer store to get them to tell me that I did.t need them, after I purchased them Also had big trouble with McAfee putting an advertisement on my computer after 2 days telling me that protection had lapsed and I had 5 viruses. I had to go to the computer store for them to tell me that was an advertisement. I had them remove that and they put Norton on my computer.

    Having to return this PC. Kept restarting and it was programmed in a different language. Changed all settings but would not correct itself. It was refurbished.

    So far, so good. Haven't used it enough to feel confident in rating it. I do like the number of USB ports available. Don't like the keyboard that came with the PC: it's small, almost flat, and hard to read. I'll use my old keyboard instead.
