    Your GEEK SQUAD did its job well??? A knowledgeable computer "specialist" examined my old computer (the one your people said was too old, had many problems and would not accommodate Windows 11). He found that your people had installed enough anti-virus programs to bring the total to 5 - no wonder the poor overloaded thing wouldn't work!

    The Geek Squad personnel are rude, arrogant and could care less about customer service. I made a reservation over the phone to transfer data from my old computer to the new one I purchased at the store. I was told to bring in the old computer and I could wait while they did the exchange. I got there and was told that I would have to leave both computers and it would take 5 - 7 days to convert. I told them that "Ben" advised I could wait. I was told no way would that happen. Basically, calling me a liar. I never get upset but the two guys helping me got the air up on the back of my neck. I asked them to cancel my account. I was told to doit myself online. I will never go back to Best Buy again.
