    Quick enough, but the CD/DVD drive DOES NOT show up when you look in your computer! Why is there a disk drive in this computer that cannot be operated from this computer? Makes no sense. You should not have to go outside your own computer to work your own computer.

    When I purchased this it didn’t even come in a box, did not come with any cords and when I finally turned it on it also had someone else name and login information geek squad did not wipe it out clean. Been trying to contact them and no luck
