Worst Purchase Ever

I explained to the salesperson that I had a TON of photos, videos, and music files that I would need to transfer. I also explained It had no idea what the differece was between a hard drive and SSD and asked was 256 GB of SSD storage enough. I was assured it was. We ordered this computer, which arrived 2 days later than promised (for a total of 13 days wait time) only to find out that with all that comes pre-installed that I cannot transfer one single file because there is only actually 2 GB of available storage. Last time I ever shop at Best Buy again. Their "expert" salespeople have no idea what they are talking about. Now, in order to preserve my files I have had to shell out more money for an external hard drive
