This HP Desktop is the worst one that I have ever purchased. You are limited in what you can actually transfer from your last HP to this one. Important information was non-transferrable. Additionally, the majority of the apps used had to be purchased and they were very expensive. This is the worst computer that I have ever owned, and I have owned at least 2 others.

This computer was sold as "open box" which meant no box and no setup guide or instructions of any kind. I inquired at in store service department about getting some assistance and was told to bring it in. My problem is transfering data and programs from my old computer. Am I to bring both compputers to the store?

Functional, but slow. Ok for basic use for a novice user.

It is a good pc for the price. But, you get what you pay for. It has what is the correct performance for the specs. Ab Ryzen 3 with 8 GB of ram. So if you want more power, then pay for more power. It runs cool , even when stress tested. it is quiet, and runs well for the specs. It look nice, is well built, and east to upgrade, to say an extra hdd or ssd. I can not knock it for having no cd rom, because most computer these days do not. That is what an external cd is for, but that would also increase it's bottom basement price. They limit the specs so someone can get a good reliable basic computer at a lower cost. My gaming pc cost $2000 so I expect a level of performance associated with that cost, but not for this computer. It is what it is and does that job well.

Bought this thinking it had a rom drive. When it finally arrived after a wait of two weeks no rom drive. Wasn't told it didn't have one.

returned the first one because software issue.. second one has started acting up

I thought this unit had a cd rom, which is why I bought unit. I was lied too. help line fail me too. a failing grade for both.

save your money and buy another prebuilt pc or build your own instead

I've had this PC since late august 2021(review made late FEB. 2022) and it has performed amazing. the integrated graphics are good enough to handle games like Minecraft, Warframe(well over 60fps on 1080p med+high graphics), Fortnite (720p or performance mode), GTA 5( 720p gets 45-55 frames depending on location), Roblox on max graphics, Apex legends(720p all lowest gets 40-50fps)Forza 4, and any other med. spec. game. since it only has a 180 watt power supply the only upgrade you can really do is adding another stick of RAM. it keeps at low temps and is extremely quiet. if you want a PC for browsing the internet and you want to play some games, This is a great PC for that. Most bad reviews are most likely a bad batch of PC's

No one can work windows 11 it is junk in my book so

Received this computer 10/11/22 and it worked for a couple of weeks and quit. The screen comes up and flashes but you cannot do anything.

Didn't like the speed of my programs. I like to use up to 5 different projects at once. Yes I am working in each. This one didn't keep up & caused EXTREME frustration.

Bought out of box and protection plan now they wont refund plan

I finally set up my new computer and i love how fast and easy it is to operate since it's windows 11. The only thing it didn't come with was a dvd rw drive. However, that is ok anyway.

This PC has been my daily driver for almost 2 years. It is great for work and school. Gaming on it is not too bad, but you may want to upgrade some of the buts inside along the way. Anyway, I reccomend it.

So far great machine! Very smooth, silent running, and super fast! Exactly what I needed. Great computer!
