Nice desktop

It was a great system but was not able to update to Windows 11. I bought this HP system to replace it. Setup was super easy and having my personal stuff already cloud based it placed these items right onto this system. The only thing I added was memory. Definetly recommend this system.

Nice Computer

The design of the front of the computer is not designed as well as it could have been. The USB ports were positioned vertically (one on top of the other) making it difficult to plug something in with a short cord (travel CD/DVD drive). It would have made more sense to put them across horizontally. The speed is good and no lag time.

Your sales rep was very professional and helpful in explaining the differences and the right connections. I couldn't be more pleased; it was easy to install and get started myself. I'm over 70 and new at tech.
