Worst computer buy I've ever made in the last 25 years. First one from the store would not power on. Power supply would not run, power button would flash half a second and nothing. Took back to BB and they would ship me a new one. Got the next one (4 days later). I did power on, but goes straight to an Administrator login. Says the Admin account is disabled, but there is a second Administrator login where you can enter a password. Blank and ChangeMe123! does not work. Tech support will not help, but they did say a NEW computer out of the box will first go thru settings screens before a login screen. I guess next PC is a Dell.

Don’t depend on Best Buy for help

Having problems with the computer popping up with a blue screen saying “this PC ran into a problem and needs to restart” and proceeds to restart on its own. This is so random and can happen in the middle of something or when I’m not even on it. My daughter called Best Buy and the only option is to pay someone from Geek Squad ($40 remotely or $99 in person for an hour) to see what the problem is. Not happy at all with Best Buy after spending money on a brand new PC.

Printer was not available to view in store (boxed only) apparently, store policy is not to open boxed items...which is in my opinion, not customer friendly.

I am surprised that sometimes the unit just hangs with a black screen. I have NEVER had that problem in my 50+ years of working on a computer! Today I had to pull the power plug to get it to work again.

Does not print in color. Geek Squad could not fix problem remotely. They advised me to take printer and computer to the store which is 40 miles away. My other computer using the same printer prints in color.

Very disappointed in the wait time to install products purchased (over 1-1/2 months) and the very unqualified individual who showed up at my house. A 15-year-old could have done better. I have to change my google accounts because he couldn't type in a password correctly. Will never purchase from you again.

It’s defective. I’m bringing it to the store next week. The keyboard registers the wrong symbols in three places. For the @ symbol I get the “ symbol. It’s frustrating. Otherwise, it’s good!

Good computer, until you need to change something

I had this computer for a while and when I got it, it kept up with technology requirements. Now, it needs an upgrade. The video was good, speed was good, only problem was cheap construction. You could drop a nail on it and it could crumble.
Fast forward to now. I notice I can't add a graphics card because it needs additional power. I buy a power supply. The motherboard only fits that 1 specific power supply, which is very low by today's standards. So I buy a motherboard. I find out that the case is CUSTOM made for the motherboard. So I gotta buy a new case as well. If I was going to buy all this stuff down the line, than $630 for a processor and 12gb of ram? I would have just invested in it much sooner and cut cost... Paying $600 for this computer is uncalled for by computer standards and it preys on people that are ignorant to building them and rely on "techs". 2 stars for getting me this far. That's all you get...
