The USB ports on the front of the unit need improvement very hard to insert flash drive other than that unit is typical of other types

It is slow. Too bad I thought I have 30 days to return and it was only 14 or 15 days. It keeps loading and I have excellent internet.

I tried to buy this desktop at least 3 times over the phone and got an email 5 minutes later canceling the order. I originally purchased 1 and you tried to deliver to a business at 8:30 and 9:30PM. Naturally no one was there and the guy tried an hour later. He then took it back to your warehouse. I was told by your phone rep that once it got returned to the warehouse I could not get it shipped again. I had to buy again and again and again. You also never credited me. I had to file a dispute with our credit card. This lousy service is why our company will never buy from you again. You wait for 45 minutes to talk to a person and it never gets resolved.

The computer works fine, but the case is very cheaply made. Probably would not have purchased it if I had seen it beforehand.

Decent system unless you want to add additional hard drives. There is no space or connections available to add a drive.

I got this computer for my husband to play I-racing on. It worked good for about 20 months, then it just died. Very disappointed, excepted it to last longer, considering the price and it’s brand.

I had purchased this pc, but I wasn't happy with it. I returned it and got a Mac instead. I'm sure its a good pc but not for me.

don't have a graphic card. not enough storage. video card is trash.

This was shipped to us in less than a day via an online order. It works well, but the computer that we received did not have a genuine Windows product key digitally installed, so we have to drive 90 miles to a store to return/exchange it.

Not sure yet. Waited a long time to get a monitor.

Nothing wrong with the computer unit but Windows tn is unfthomable and frustrating to try to use. everything is piecemeal and requires special app loading requirements. My previous computer used Windows Vista. Much more user friendly!!

Won't run some games I used to have, little hard drive space left after download of previous drive and hate the sideways disc drive. Otherwise, it is OK.

I have owned this machine almost nine months. Without any doubt, this is the worst machine I have ever owned. On any given day, it will lock up and need to be rebooted or just reboot on it's own. Sometimes this will happen two or three times a day. It does not "remember" settings well. The screen saver for example will work fine for 3-4 days and then by golly it won't work at all until you re-set it. THIS MACHINE IS BAD NEWS.

Very disappointed by this machine. Only get this if you want something simple and not concerned about performance.

Terrible keep acting up for no reason the thing is new and I barely use it yet so much problems

the wait time is way to long the day i got this item it was not busy but the lots of blue shirts.

3 times it shut down even though it was not hot. Then it said that it miss loaded Windows. It is totally not be used. Don't even try to deal with HP

Do not buy! On my 3rd unit with the same problem. Graphic driver is useless and cannot be fixed according to HP. Find something else because this is a lemon model out of the box.

Not a good computer. Within a year it started freezing up once a week or so requiring a hard reboot. Now it does it several times a day. It's trash and now I need to buy a new one just 18 months in to owning this one. Small hard drive too
