have only had 30 days. willnot boot up. have to push f2 and quick test which yakes 30 minutes.i am 77 years old and only check e mail and look around internet or order from amazon. no savinh or gaming. calles best buy and was told had to bring nack in 15 days. have bought a lot from best buy but now have bought my last

This computer was purchased as a open box computer. The computer freezes up right after start up. I am unable to return the computer since it is a few days past return period.

I bought this computer in Nov. 2019 and if I hit the restart, it may restart 3 or 4 hours later and it does not load even moderately well. I dislike this machine immensely and would not recommend it to anyone. I was a big waste of money for me.

This isn't a bad starter PC if you're just getting into things, though I would recommend at looking other places. This desktop serves its function as a general desktop, but it isn't awful for gaming if you tune it right. Though, I honestly don't recommend it for gaming. It's outperformed by cheaper PCs, but it's pretty reliable for its cost. It's easily upgradable, if you wish to make it a gaming PC.

The cd rom button and opening was completely broke. When we opened it, it was off thought it came that way, realized it was broke.

Wifi reception never worked. It only worked with Ethernet cable. Had to return it.

I used it for a week or so, felt so old and slow I returned it. I couldn't find any redeeming qualities. feels cheap

This is the first tower I have owned with a SSD. I am extremely impressed with the speed of the tower and with how quiet it is. I basically do household stuff, surf the web, and play some basic games. It has MORE than enough power for all that. I would recommend upgrading the video card if you were looking for something with a little more gaming power.

computer would not work straight out of the box the light came on but there was no body home

In 2 weeks it stopped working I wouldn't prefer Ryzen anymore too many processor problems i had i am returning it back tomorrow.

If you want a nice computer that can play video games that are not graphically intensive then this is a good computer for you. Pros: Affordable and its fast Cons: Can't be upgraded in terms of graphics (called hp to see if they sold a stronger power supply than the 180 Watt power supply included in this setup due to it being a custom built battery which they only make at 180 watt)

We needed a laptop for our son, who is limited by a brain injury. This one is perfect so far.
