At this time I can only give this computer 4 stars. I have not used it for anything else but to try to load Turbo Tax 2020 which has been a complete nightmare. Anyways, The reasons I chose this box are that it has expansion slot so you can add upgrades if you choose. Other computers at this price range you are stuck with what the manufacturer offers. The SSD makes start up and shutdown very fast...as it should. One possible negative it the optical disk drive. It is VERY flimsy. Also the 3.5 inch drive bays use metal a little heavier then tin foil. One final thing. This is the first computer I have ever purchased. I have either built myself or have had one built for me.

Its hard to review something that I've returned, but when I did have it, for the price and the specs I feel as though your getting a bang for your buck. I purchased it not doing much research on "gaming" pcs or pcs that can handle light to medium games. I was presently surprised in how this machine handled some light games. On the heavy side such as games with high qualifications in graphics, I wouldn't recommend with most unless your happy with settings at the low. But the speed of the pc and gameplay wasn't that bad. As far as basic usage its a star! And I still would recommend for light gaming. I've only returned because I know you can't do much upgrading on this pc.

Delivered to our door, and it was an easy plug & play. We are not techies but this was easy to set up and start using. It's a really great value for the price.

I needed to update Windows and thought I wanted an all-in-one. The salesman suggested this HP desktop and it was on sale! It is easy to use and much faster!

Love this new-and-improved desktop computer! It's a world of difference from my recently retired (different brand) one with Intel's i5 processor and the standard SATA hard drive (= slow!). This HP desktop is a world apart and I'm in love with it. I've had computers for the past 35 years and this one is, by far, the best and fastest! I also like the four frontal USB ports that make it easy to hook up several devices at once. A highly recommended desktop...!

I'm loving this desktop so far. Didn't need much power but for what it offers and the price, I gave it a try and as of now, love the speed and everything about it. Getting used to Windows as I am coming from a Mac but seem to be working fine with what I need it. It is super light, graphics are not that bad (currently rocking an LG 4K monitor) and it seems to be super clear. If you are after gaming, I would not recommend this. It will run a few games at lower or mid settings but it is no gaming desktop. Hopefully this runs for years to come.

I have had this system for about one month now, and am happy with it so far. It was very easy to set up. Runs very nice and fast.

Just needed an everyday use for home and work desktop. This works perfectly. Inexpensive and works very well. Boots up quick and operates very fast

Low profile, quiet, and quite responsive. Was used a basic desktop running MS Office 2020 and had no issues on performance.

I'm a Lenovo fan, but this sale price and special offer was too good to pass up for my in-laws and my kids when they go to visit. The speed and strength of internet connectivity is leaps and bounds over their 2018 HP Envy Laptop with an i5 and their 2019 Dell PC for their rental management business. This is used for basic marketing and personal use for family and friends who come to visit. The AMD processor is incredible by comparison to it's predecessors. There's virtually no noise or heat when running multiple graphic intensive applications.

great value for this PC, use it for home office and its fast. boots up nicely, and used it for playstation now and it works flawlessly.

It is so fast and easy to use. Took a little time to set up. I still will not use Windows as my browser; it's too complicated.

We bought the computer to replace an old one that was very slow. The HP has turned out to be a very good choice. My husband is a writer in the process of finishing and editing a book he's been working on for 2 years. The old machine left him terrified that it would all be lost at any moment. It's a relief not to worry about that. His one minor complaint is that the power button is somewhat obscure, hard to work with if your hands shake--as his do. The HP was a terrific buy!
