It is a desktop and not a laptop or an "all in one" computer. I needed a basic computer, primarily for Word Processing, Emailing and online shopping and banking.

Computer with no sound

It would be good if I could get $20 credited on my Best Buy credit card for the money that I had to spend.

There was even a place for one, but when I went into BIOS there were a bunch of settings locked down that made it impossible for the computer to recognize it. Maybe there was a good reason for this that I don’t understand but either way it made the computer not an option for me. I returned it.

Was finally able get in, ran every possible test to make sure that the hard drive hadn't failed and was finally instructed by HP to reload Windows 11 as the factory installed version was faulty. It took until 10 pm that night to get that done as the unit kept shutting down or freezing. Ran fine for 2 days and now it will only run if I never put it in sleep mode. Can't return it to BB because it is past the return window so now I have to try to deal with HP, which from experience, is gawdawful.

Good performance for the price

It works very well for the basic tasks. Probably wouldn’t be too good for serious computing. Those used to old HD computers will be duly impressed. Not a big fan of HP quality for computers but the price was right.

Missing item store credit.
