    Great hard drive, Customer service rep from Geek squad did a great job doing everything to set it up, Plus set up my printer, and all things that needed to be done.

    Quick replacement for desktop that died. Seems to be ok but sorry it doesn't come with CD drive (had to be extra) or any SD card reader. Other than that, it seems to be OK.
