I am very happy with this desktop. Works like a charm.

This is a decent product. The speakers do not work as well as the should. I can upload files. Upload other applications as well from the play store. The web search is user friendly. The other setting work well. Apps are easily found.

Desktop came in a normal box but I noticed that it was missing a keyboard and mouse. I called customer service and asked if they could adjust the price since it was missing items. They said open box options usually run the risk of having missing items but I told them online it said the condition of the item was excellent and that it would have original packaging and accessories would be included. They still didnt want to adjust the price. Pretty much was told to kick rocks.

I had to return the original purchase, because one of the rear ports didn't work. I was given a replacement. When I set the replacement up, the EXACT same port didn't work.

On & off button is hard to find. Entire unit moves to freely on wooden floor.

I have had this 3 months and it’s now torn up. Won’t come on at all. Don’t buy the protection pack so I’m stuck with this $500 PC that’s broken. I’ve only used it a very few times. Ridiculous!! !!!!!!

I liked my old Acer a lot better, much easier to use. Also had a disc drive that was very handy and made it easy to install other software.

difficult to adapt to..like turning off when i leave the compute for a few min and then having to reboot the whole thing..annoying..

not working wright because every 2 days keep sleep so i have to take back.

PC is working fine. Easy to navigate, same type as my previous PC.

Brought my old, messed up computer to the Geek Squad and was told I'd be better off buying new, which I did. Transfer of information from old to new was done by several people, both in the store and on the phone. When I brought computer back to finish installation, I was told this new computer did not have Word programs on it. Would have given a better review if this was disclosed at point of sale. Took over a month for me to be up and running again. Not too happy. Also not happy with the fact that the store doesn't have a main number to reach, at least, a manager to see if person I delt with at first was even working the day I wanted to bring it back to finish data transfer.

Your photos dont match what I received. Need to fix your photos as they show two different computers. 1 with an SD port in front and one without. Misleading
