    The laptop performs well and feels great but the lid has issues. Initially there was some play, which I was okay with given the price, but now it makes a loud clicking noise at the hinge after just three months of light use. It's a known quality issue as others have reported it after a quick google search, and while HP support was friendly, the repair process involves being without my laptop for up to 10 days, which is inconvenient. A repair kit for this common problem would be a better solution IMO
