    I really like this comupter alot so I give it 5 stars overall. There are a couple of things I wish were different. 32MB of RAM instead of 16 and the home button should be placed differently.

    horrible, I drove 3 hours to Buffalo to pick up the laptop, it was an “excellent” open box, when it arrived back at the house the laptop was dirty and stained, without the original box and no accessories, when I turned it on I noticed that it was getting very hot, when I tried to register it HP informed me that the laptop no longer had its original warranty, I contacted Best Buy and they told me that in fact the laptop does not have a warranty but that they can SELL ME ONE, an “excellent” open box, without a box, without accessories, without warranty, dirty and failing

    The entire purchasing process was easy and the gentleman who assisted me was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Truly, this was the best example of customer service I’ve experienced living in South Florida for the past 30 years!

    Very nice computer. I had a 17" Envy for 10 years and it finally stopped working so I bought this one. This has a lot of memory and was recommended by my granddaughter who knows a lot about computers. I would recommend.
