    A lot of things changed from my other computer even though it had only been 8 months since I had purchased it. It is taking a lot of time to get use to it

    Laptop power adapater failed. Under warranty and also BBY protection due to memebership and also extra purchased protection. . Went to store, person at door said no problem go to customer service... stood in line for customer service to replace it. They said to talk to Geek Squad. Stood in line for 30 minutes or so for them. They said they could not do anything without the Laptop serial number and to go home, get it and then chat online for the replacement. Went home, used chat support, they said it was beyond the 60 day return window... I explained again, they said to take it to a store for repair... I explained again it was a power supply and you dont repair those. They said to call 855-975-6831. People at that number said to call 800-433-5788.. They transfered me.. but hung up. Called back. They said to go to the store... I explained the history... they then said only HP could do this because its under manufacturer's warranty. They gave me the HP number 888-999-4747... Called them, they said "this is a sales line we cant do that" - They said to call 800-407-4005... they said they would transfer me but hung up... I am about 4 hours into an adapter replacement. Not worth the time. I paid for the laptop, exra coverage, also have extended BBY coverage due to membership, product under warranty as well. Unreal.

    I replace my old HP laptop with this laptop, and even with a better processor, it works just as good as my old laptop just before i had to replace it. It’s just a super disappointing processing power.

    Very helpful with Nvidia chip and the only complaint is the keyboard is hard to use with same silver color board.
