    Touch screen was nice. Keys started sticking within a month of having it. This was annoying as I was not hard on my computer and it was only used for my college work.

    Great laptop, but I have a 2 concerning flaws after my purchase and use after a month in. I noticed the audio while I'm watching Netflix or listening to music on Spotify occasionally gets muffled and lowered in volume for no reason, and browser Edge windows auto crashes and closes tabs that I have open.

    A short review, I had the laptop for less than 24 hours. For the price is not a worthy choice. Very bulky and heavy design, physically talking is not as described. Keep in mind we are talking about a +$1.5K laptop. I know it has a powerfull GPU, but at that point when the laptop doesn't match the price/value I didn't even go deeper in the performance. Was a solid NO for me. Great experience at BestBuy customer service.
