I am really enjoying this laptop. My only complaint is that the mouse lags sometimes.

I owned this laptop for two months, the graphics processor on the motherboard fried and bricked the entire computer. The laptop would get warm to the touch after about 30 min of gaming, but would never give any excess heat warnings

I love all the features. Light and bright screen.

Computer is fine but no insert button if you need that button its not on the keyboard. If you dont need that button this is a good computer

purchased brand new. it sounded like a jet taking off upon turning it on for the first time... and even when on standby you could still hear it roaring. we only used it 5 minutes before we knew it had to be returned for full refund. we are getting a macbook instead. i have always purchaesd HP and LOVE them... but this one seemed like a lemon.

This laptop sucks big time. Every time you put it to sleep or it goes to sleep, there is a high chance it might restart/freeze or some random thing you do not want. RAM usage is almost around 50% with a browser open. Gaming is honestly not that impressive. And the well known fact that the fan is almost always spinning at high rpm, kinda noisy for just browsing the web and watching videos. Wish I could return it.

Just writing this review to maybe get $400 gift card lol bought the computer for school and photo editing and have yet to put it to use.

It seemed pretty cool, Best Buy cancelled my order when I tried to buy it though.

Started well enough but within 12 days it stopped booting up. Luckily we had still been within the return window so we just took it back. Error code told us somethi g had come loose inside either ram or the hard drive.

For the love of God don't buy this piece of junk. Even moderate games make it run at 110 celsius. It's a fire hazard.

It doesn't go to sleep mode and keeps working when you close the laptop. So stupid.

The build quality on this laptop is outstanding. With the silver body and keys it is beautiful to look at. The key backlighting is very bright in dark conditions and easy to see. The screen is AMAZING and the best I've ever seen - even better than AMOLED screens I have used. I suggest downloading the Intel Graphics Control app from the store to make blacks really black as on an AMOLED screen. This is a VERY heavy laptop. To me that is because of the quality build. It is very fast. I got this for $999 on sale which is a remarkable price for this computer with a 4060 GPU. Wish it could charge over usb c while it is on. Only charges that way when off, which is odd. Don't like proprietary charges as you can't have a charger in multiple rooms without lugging it around. HIGHLY recommend, especially at the sale price.

Great como but needs number pad to be on deck. Ow review bc the BB rewards program change sucks -have to use a BB CC to get rewards - if I knew I would of purchased elsewhere!

the laptop had many issues it would not turn on and i have to send it to get serviced less then 1 months of purchasing it.

The graphic card it’s not what the description says

I rated this a 4 star only because there could have been a few improvements. 1. Numbers/Letters on keys are hard to see. Silver keys with thin gray letters does not contrast. If you are the type that needs to look at the keyboard when typing, you will have a difficult time. 2. When the laptop is folded close, it is difficult to open. HP needs to have a better lip so you can open it easier. 3. It is big and heavy. With this said, it should have been big enough to include a numeric keypad.

The performance, at the price I got it, was unmatched. An i9, 4060, at under the 1200 dollar mark, was incredible. However, after less than a year of owning the laptop, it just refused to boot up, or turn on. Its one thing to get what you pay for, its another thing for the laptop that I had bought to not even be able to turn on a year later
