Good Laptop computer, runs all my video editing software with ease. I'm using this as a replacement to the microsoft surface computer I was using before, which I have to say ran better without all the HP software on this one. my surface computer was stolen unfortunately. This was a good replacement for the money.

I had delayed buying a new laptop for a while because I didn't want to deal with all the hassle of transitoning to a new machine, but in the end the transition was pretty easy and seamless and now I'm loving this new laptop! I've been using it for a few weeks now for pretty basic stuff like email, Excel and Word docs, etc. I've also used it for video conferences and the camera seems much better than the one on my old laptop. The images are bright and it seems incredibly fast. Perhaps most importantly, the battery lasts a long time (several days I think?). I don't do any gaming or complex things but for the basic stuff this seems to work great!

This is a very good upgrade for my home studio! Only downside I've encountered is not having enough USB ports for all of my equipment . A USB splitter works just fine! (Not good for long term use while unplugged from charging cable)

Super fast computer and great graphics and sound. Ive always been an apple user, but I love this laptop

I dont play games much but use video editing tools with 4k footage and this laptop works perfectly specially after upgrading ram to 40gb and ssd to 5TB this becomes a monster of a laptop.

This computer runs smooth with no delays. Its nice to have both a touchscreen and use if a regular laptop. Screen resolution and battery life lasts me a full day of being on zoom meetings and utilizing different apps.

very good all around laptop with 16 inch 16:10 screen. use a cooling pad to also do heavy gaming. most everyone could use for their need... portable, gaming, editing

This laptop boots up so much faster than the Samsung I had. The Intel I9 really males a difference. The 1TB SSD hard drive is so much faster also. It was easy to setup and update.

Works great, very fast, It would be a little better with a 17" screen though. Other than that it's exceptional, a laptop that will do pretty much anything you want it to do.

This laptop is very good for office and gaming , so powerful . it can handle too many differences office app and games at least over the next 3 years . Thanks for HP created this laptop and Best Buy for good price.

it is great and very fast. my 16 year old uses it for school and she says it has never let her down. it is the first laptop we have ever had . i will stick with hp forever

Great computer. Has everything and then some for cheaper than expected (when on sale $500+ off). Highly recommend computer and buying when on sale. All the specs of a gaming machine but for half the price.

Excellent HP laptop. This one comes with the NVIDIA which works great with photoshop. Love the touch screen which comes in handy. Has a lot of bells and whistles for everyday use.

This is my 3rd laptop within 18 months. So far, so good. It is faster and not overheating like the last one. However, I wish it had more USB ports - not the USB-C ports.

Reasonably fast for a laptop. My Ryzen 3950X desktop is still quicker. I bought this for its mobility. My old laptop had reached the point where I was ready for something quite a bit quicker.

Love it for what I'm doing on it, so far its a total power house with all the speed i need for 4K Videos. Got it with I9 intel Core, NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX studio.
