i mightve got a dud but the temps outta this thing were quite warm and the battery life was NOT running as advertised. i opened it up and applied liquid metal and K5 pro paste and saw the temps drop a good deal towards 50C on idle (still couldve been better) and hitting near 80C on games/studio apps. the battery ill have to see if i can manually callibrate it. performance is ok, gaming youd have to install game ready drivers since these are studio. the surface of this laptop can get pretty warm, hot even. i wouldnt get this laptop unless it was less than $1250

The whole process turned out better than I expected. I'm very happy with the hardware and speed of the product. It's more than enough for me to work on various programs rather than playing games.

Bought it for college and it was basically exactly what I wanted. It runs great and can do everything I need it to but my only complaint is that it is a bit bigger than what I thought it was going to be.

I’ve been using this device for a month now and it’s great. Just mind that when connecting a second monitor, it will heat, so buy a laptop external fan.

Excellent laptop. I use it to store travel and family pictures. I also use it for web searches, finances, research, and web ordering.

Had HP envy 13.3 inches, it was very small for my big hands, track pad was hard to use. this is a great upgrade and it is so fast to use and speaker sound is low. good only for a quiet room

Got this in a deal a its probably the best laptop for the money. The specs a very good and build quality is exceptional. Its also very compact which makes it very easy to carry around.

Love this computer! Face recognition is an added plus for me. It was a pain to enter my passcode each time. I also love the larger screen size. Would highly recommend this laptop!

Does everything my desktop does. Makes a perfect substitute for when I'm on the road. I would buy it again and recommend to my friends/family.

The laptop has a nice finish. It's hard to open the lid. The battery life not good. The cord not long. Like the picture for movies and games. Good sound

Great for college and complex applications. I use it on a daily basis and couldn't be happier with the speed, picture, functions available, touch-screen and HD.

The i9 processor is a beast and it has so many great features like the WQXGA touchscreen and Thunderbolt. Much more capability than the ASUS I bought 2 years and 25% cheaper.

It runs so fast and is so efficient with battery life. upgrading was such a good decision for us and the price was good being on sale.

Added 64mb Ram and 2T m.2 My only complaint is that I’m an old man and I can’t read the letters on the keyboard. Hard to see.

I love this computer. I needed something that would run a lot of my programs and this little number runs them all with no slowing down.
