This laptop is overall comfortable to use and is quite fast for my purposes. I do prefer an external mouse to the touchpad.

I purchased the HP - Envy 16" WQXGA Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i9 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 - 1TB SSD - Natural Silver (Open-Box Excellent) from Best buy. Two reasons why I am upset with this product. 1. As soon as I purchased this product, the next day the price went down by $150 for which I was not compensated. 2. After recieving the product, I did a visual inspection, I saw there were a few scratches on the screen and on the body. The base of the body showcased some signs of it being tampered with. This is was very upseting. Two reasons why I was happy with this product: 1. I received this product 3 days before the estimated date for the delivery, which was very satisfying. I appreciate best buy for showing such spontanity in processing the order. 2. The product is a good purchase and gives you the value for money where you get i9 -13 gen processor at an affordable price. The laptop is smooth in its functioning. Till now I did not face any issues. I have tried installing basic softwares and simulation softwares as well and they are running great. Touch screen is also very smooth. I would recommend anyone buying this product.

As expected, great laptop for work with all the qualities we were looking for. Haven't found anything I dislike about it yet.

Good laptop and everything works smoothly for my kids to use. The no button mouse is a little tricky. Love that it is touch screen.

Very good laptop. I'm a compuer engineering student and it runs really well for programs and works well for gaming too.

Worst thing I've ever bought. It struggles with graphics, thanks to the Intel i9 crashing. The screen went out within a year. Got that "FIXED" by best buy and I would never let them work on any electronic ever again. Best buy replaced the screen twice (X2). The first time they made nasty cuts on the lid, which cut my fingers. I bled for a bit. And now, I'm looking for a replacement battery because it needed calibrated and the whole calibration process didn't work. Today the laptop shut off mid game and won't turn on due to the bad battery. I will never buy an Intel. I'll go back to Ryzn AMD. You'll also see how hard it is to find another laptop for sale with these same specs... Probably due to terrible results like mine. Buy something better.

Nice laptop, i would recommend this product and i think is fair price.

Great computer. The design is nice and very sleek. Only fownside is it is a bit heavy.
