I was extremely excited to get a new laptop for work and school. I needed something to run my renderings and this laptop can completely do this. It is more then capable of running CAD, Revit, Twin motion but my problem was with the specs inside of the computer. For some reason tabs will never load, whatever they had on this laptop pre install will stop any downloads you try downloading from the web. It constantly just doesn’t download or doesn’t install. I have to refresh the page every time I load a new tab. It is really frustrating and It’s not my internet because I try at different locations. I think it’s something wrong with my laptop. When I try downloading games it simples gives me an error and I have to try clicking 20 times to install the program I want to install. Unfortunately I have to deal with these problems because I doubt I can get a refund now. Another thing when the downloads even when you get a simple PDF from an email and you try downloading it you will have to try downloading it Atleast 15 times until it goes through. It will just say restart on the download Menu

The product is amazing and perfect for what i needed it for which is college online courses. I love how thin it is and easy to travel with.

Fast CPU, and expandable, perfect for my secondary and mobile DAW. Even better after removing all of the Win 11 bloat.

The problem with this laptop is that with the i9 inside, the fan basically always blows. Completely inappropriate for business meetings. One has to really wonder the point of an i9 in a laptop. If you need raw grunt for video editing etc, get a desktop, Really the sweet spot for a laptop is an i5 with a 4060. Also, my unit had terrible light bleed which is rare these days.

This has all the features I needed for a personall content device also capable of playing some games!

Laptop have really good specs, keyboard is a bit weird to type with and the track pad isn’t the greatest but I’m planning to get a new mouse and keyboard.

Awesome laptop is good for my business and for video editing and gaming. It's my all in one laptop . Highly recommend it.

I like my new laptop. I am a bit disappointed about the speaker sound of this fairly pricey computer. The speakers of my old HP Pavilion were much better.

A Laptop under $2000 that i can efficiently edit video on? I didn't believe it until I tried it. Works great, very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this laptop in the beginning of January and 3 weeks later it was no longer able to recognize that it was being charged. Geeksquad said it was likely a faulty motherboard. Thankfully I was still within the return window so I was able to exchange it for a new one. Its been about 2 months now and so far so good. Besides this issue I have no complaints.

I didn't notice there was not a side number panel. Would not have purchased since i use a lot of numbers. Other than than I like the laptop.

Needed a new one very light durable the guy who sold it to us was knowledge of the lap top

Love this laptop, fast and has a great display. The only thing I wished it had was more thumb drive ports.

Computer is phenomenal. Just what I needed. Shipping company was a little ridiculous though but all in all got it.
