Thing is a leaf-blower.

Completely inappropriate for business meetings. One has to really wonder the point of an i9 in a laptop. If you need raw grunt for video editing etc, get a desktop, Really the sweet spot for a laptop is an i5 with a 4060. Also, my unit had terrible light bleed which is rare these days.

Nice laptop with mediocre speakers

Shipping false promise

faulty motherboard

Geeksquad said it was likely a faulty motherboard. Thankfully I was still within the return window so I was able to exchange it for a new one. Its been about 2 months now and so far so good. Besides this issue I have no complaints.

No number panel

Good laptop, bad charger

We purchased it when it was on sale. The laptop charger is the absolute worst! It failed three days after the Best Buy return period ended. It isn't an easy replacement in a pinch as the laptop was purchased for our incoming college freshman who was without a chargeable laptop for the first week of class. HP sent a replacement, but it took quite some time to arrive.
