So far I am very happy with this computer. I never wanted another HP but, I had a problem with them years ago. I might have changed my mind. : )

I found it easy for setups first time I've ever owned the laptop I picked a good one I'm learning a whole lot thank you guys for me that's so easy to operate

Hardware works great. M$ really wants me to use a M$ account. Three days after I made local accounts M$ is nagging to use an M$ account. Hardware works great!!

Enjoying it so far. Even though it is big, it is what I wanted. I do wish the num lock had an indicator light if is is engaged. Otherwise I am very happy.

It runs smoothly. It took a bit of work to figure out how to download my paid creative suite onto the laptop, but I got it done. It is still really new, but it seems to work well. The battery runs down faster than I would expect. I maKe sure to shut it down when I am not using it, but often I return to it and find it needs to be charged.

This laptop is exactly what I expected it to be. Excellent speed and has performed flawlessly

fast computer with big screen and touch screen. had 1 month so far and no problems.

We have been happy so far. First change since our 8.1 so having the totaltech, we had them transfer all our files, protection, etc. from the old P.C. and was very happy that we went this route. I am 77 and not techy at all so sorry I can't give a more detailed review.

very easy to use.. love the larger screen. sharp image and much thinner than my other laptop.

The laptop is great. The sale not so great. My fault. My old laptop needed a new battery because it was swollen and Best Buy said I needed a new laptop so I bought my same old one again. It was only 3 years old. After I spent 1500 dollars on a new laptop the man at the geek squad said do you want to order a new battery for your old one. I said I didn't know you could do that. So for 30.00, I bought a new battery so now I have two laptops EXACTLY the same. Wouldn't you think the salesperson would have suggested that first? Oh well, live and learn. The new one is just slower it seems than the older one.
