Heavy laptop ENVY

I purchased this item as an open box laptop and did not actually open the box until I got it home and the only thing that I don’t care for is that it is very heavy! I probably wouldn’t have purchased it if I had realized it was so heavy. Overall, the laptop has great features and it functions perfectly. I am satisfied with the purchase, but I wish it was lighter weight.

Being Alone and Learning New is Frustrating

I had to return twice to get to view my documents or share them like before and I have lost my Photoshop tool .....

Quality Laptop

I mainly use it to watch streaming movies and Youtube. The big screen is essential and the picture quality is incredible. When using it for Zoom the colors are true not like my older laptop where everything looked green and purple.
