Laptop came at a great price for the quality. Works perfect for my business.

My first one, the keyboard stopped working. After getting it fixed, and returned, the keyboard stopped working again. I wanted this size screen and bought the same computer again. And guess what... The keyboard stopped working. Again. It's a defect. Such a waste.

Great laptop, started working from home and it's amazing.

The unit is a good machine. I bought an open box item and was misinformed by the store at Tuttle Crossing, and then lied to. To fix this mistake, I traveled to Findlay to exchange it for another open box item of the same model. I was assured by a manager in the Findlay location, that this was working and nothing wrong with it. Well, I get there and drive home 2 1/2 hours and find out the touch screen and the sound do not work. So, I take it to my local store and between them and Findlay each are complaining about who should take care of it. I just want the unit to work, so now I have to buy another laptop and send this one off under warranty. Talk about inconvenience the client. Had one amazing person from the call center, and she was to call back last week and now hasn't. The rest at the call center lied, challenged, hung up on me but never could help. Saw another open box item and called to buy it, but no one could tell me where it was. So like a "Bait and Switch".

I love this computer. bought for college. will get one for my kids

- The speakers are terrible, the sound is barely above a whisper. - The screen is dark, terrible for streaming movies and shows...you can't hear them anyway. - The screen is incredibly fragile. Just Google "Cracked screen HP Envy" for proof of the breadth of this issue. - It gets HOT. - Battery life is short and laughable, you get 2 hours on a good day if you're lucky. - This machine does not meet the standard of quality implied by its price point. The manufacturer is negligent, which seems to be a running theme with HP products. I will not purchase this brand again.

Didn't have as many built in apps as my previous Dell. I really miss the photo app where I could crop, adjust red eye, change color.

This is a amazing machine from the speed to the response time of the touchscreen the only thing I would change is the backlit keyboard color other than that great deal on open box purchase

In short: It does what I wanted and I'm happy with it.
