Love it! I was upgrading to windows 11 from a Dell 10 and it was so easy to start it up with internet, and printers. It used to be a struggle but this was great. So glad I chose HP.

Awesome monitor with great graphics and easy installation

This HP Envy laptop is so awesome You will not be in any way disappointed other than you waited so long to get one. The speed and the features on this are unbelievable...not to mention the sound and screen clarity... I just love it!

I am a customer in Tustin, California. In April 2023 I purchased a recertified for use laptop. I started experiencing problems with this computer within the first month. I thought it would eventually resolve after updates. Unfortunately, this problem got worse. I first attempted to reach out to HP and none of what they did worked. I then reached out to Geek Squad at Best Buy in Tustin earlier this year and I brought in my computer a total of three times and each time the problem with the computer was never resolved. This has continued. I did not know until today that when I had taken the computer in to ask for an exchange the one-year manufacturer's warranty had expired. I last brought this computer for repair in April when the warranty was almost expiring, about two weeks prior. Each time I was passively told that they found no problem with the computer. The last time, I felt like I was being pacified and assured that I can reach out to bring it in again if the problem occurred again. The person who helped me even gave me her number. The problem with the computer has continued non-stop. Today I took the computer in, and I was told that the store could not help me and that I have to resolve this problem by myself with HP. The "manager" offered to sell me another computer which would not resolve my problem. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place to fix this problem by myself. I feel like the store intentionally misled me to delay, delay, delay until the warranty had expired so that no one could assist me. The girl that was working in the tech department was utterly useless and the manager was completely useless. Best Buy sold me a bad computer and no one wants to do right by me to resolve this issue. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME???????

This laptop worked wonderful until it was dropped and quit working.

Needs twice the memory!! Have to purchase a 2 terabyte external drive.

I love HP computers and have had several opening price point models over the years. I wanted something with more features and touchscreen and this model has all the bells and whistles I needed. Very happy with my purchase!

Bought this computer for my mother. She had an Acer for years and loved it. This computer is similar, with the touch screen, and the interface is great. She loves it. Plus she got a bigger screen size which is always nice.

Just started using the new computer. Very smooth transition from my work Dell laptop thanks to the Woodland Park Geek Squad and manager Tom Toscia. Love it. Large screen and high resolution. Very pleased with my purchase.
