Great laptop at a great price (on sale). I’m happy with the display resolution and the speed. It’s larger than my last 17” laptop and had to buy a larger travel bag.

Love this new edition an upgrade from an older Envy. Like the size and weight- windows 11 has a smart update that is useful when working with a number of windows.

Laptop works great, Battery only last a hour or two

So far so good. I had a previous 8th generation Envy. So I upgraded to the 12th generation. Got a real good buy with the machine on sale. Much quicker too.

This is hands down the fastest laptop that I have ever owned! Would strongly recommend this patop.

I don't like it as much as my the HP Envyx360 that I bought in 2017. It won't recognize the pictures I try to download from my iPhone, it's bigger and heavier than my old computer, and it's not as easy to use. But it's okay for games.

DO NOT buy this computer. Up until yesterday, I loved it. I'm in a coding Bootcamp so I mainly use it to run programs on Intellij and postgresSQL. I depend on it completely for school. Then I came home one night, and it wouldn't turn on. I bring it back to best buy and the battery is fried. 5 months I've had this and the battery is already fried ? To make matters worse, HP has the most horrific customer service I've encountered. Their factory warranty is garbage. They wanted me to completely wipe the computer and send it in. I explained to them I couldn't do that because I have school. They could offer me no solution. 5 months people. I treat this computer like my child because my career depends on it and I wasted my money. Look elsewhere.

This has no reflection on how I feel about best buy, simply just hp laptops in general. I was excited for this purchase at first, I thought it was a cool idea to have a touch screen laptop but it is extremely unreliable and generic parts. Mine blue screen of death within 3 days of having it. Do not get this laptop.

I really like my new HP - ENVY 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Natural Silver computer. It is easy to use and navigate through.

Good computer. The screen is hard to see - it glars.

I love the screen size! I do work at home, and my new Envy is making it much easier. The batter life seems a little shorter than I hoped.

This laptop is easy to set up and the large screen is perfect so that I don't have to have hook up a large monitor. Works well for my needs.

Not a good deal at the normal $1399+Tax, but a steal at the $879 I paid

Battery does not last long my only reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise this an amazing laptop. It’s very fast, great speakers, amazing picture, has all the features I was looking for! I love this laptop!!!!

Great upgrade from my 5 year old computer. Lots of great features that I am still learning and the speed of this computer is great.

Great price for the HP - Envy 17.3" Laptop! So glad to have the option of working on the road. The look is sleek and comfortable to use.
