The last HP Laptop I purchased lasted 10 years and was still operational when I chose to upgrade it. HP has proven its value to me over the years of use. To look at my old laptop and the beating it has taken over the course of 10 years made it a simple choice to replace with another HP laptop.

Nice computer, works well; however, it's poorly designed for actual use on the lap. When open, the sharp edge of the monitor presses into the legs causing pain after a while. Very disappointing!

I've had several laptops over the last 20-30 years. Even though I've only had it about a month, I feel this is the highest quality laptop I've ever owned. At 70 years old the set up was quite challenging even though they kindly put up reminders to do so with how to do it. I still have a few things to figure out as it has some big differences but lots of similarities to my previous laptops. I recommend this laptop, especially if you are less than 70 years old.

Shopping experience was a breeze. Friendly sales associates (I had 4 ask me if I needed help) but not pushy. When I said I was just looking they left me alone but told me to see them if I needed help. When I did, everything was handled with ease! Great job. So far, the computer is fast, color is sharp and crisp.

I was long overdue for a new laptop and knew what I was looking for. It was quite a surprise to see this machine sitting there on the display encompassing everything I was looking for. In today's age of way too many options and decisions with every single purchase, it was really nice to just walk in and say "that's it!". The setup was really easy. I was able to just transfer my data over from the previous laptop using my SSD drive; log into my server and go.

This has been a wonderful purchase. I was hoping for a 16 GB RAM, but I have not noticed any slowdowns with the 12.

the computer works well. but is does not have an ethernet port. it does not have a cd drive. and the hard drive is too small and very difficult to replace.
