    Many files, Programs including Microsoft were not on the machine. Store staff helped some, the Geek Squad added others. I am adding missed data files.

    I really like it but it stated in the specifications is has a backlite keyboard but it does not. Also should have a ethernet port but does not have that either. Am disappointed in HP with there specs

    I gave a lower mark because my Envy's speaker has a raspy sound. Other than that, I really like it. Applications run faster and smoother.
