He is a floater and only covering the area. I’m 65 and not technically inclined. He didn’t talk down like most of your sales people have, nor sell me something over priced!!

EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED!

It is a little more sensitive than my previous computer, but I have adjusted and am very happy with it. I haven't had it for long, so I am still adjusting and learning much of its capabilities. All in all, the decision to buy this laptop has been a good one.

HP Envy

I wish I felt the same about the printer I purchased from HP some years back brand new I know I held on to it long before opening it but they won't help the starter ink is bad and they said it's obsolete purchase a new printer. That's crazy.

HP Envy Purchase

Model was heavier than expected as well. Uncomfortable to keep on "lap". No issues with performance other than it being a little slower than expected. Given the price, I'm disappointed with this purchase.

New Laptop

I am pleased with this laptop so far. I had a few problems with it at first but I took it in to the geek squad and they were able to get the bugs out. I am still getting used to the operating system but I am happy with the computer.

System has been greatly improved and has much faster processing speed which saves me a lot of time. the Geek Squad guys were very helpful in transferring my data from my old laptop and explaining new features of my new laptop.

I was back up and running within a few days.
