My HP Envy is a dream come true! I was in the process of researching laptops when my old system went dead. It did not take a second thought as to what my purchase would be. I love the sleek style and all the power I will need for some time to come!

I purchased a new HP Envy 17" laptop to replace my old HP Envy 17" laptop because the spacebar no longer worked. Its a great laptop. The employee at Best Buy was super helpful setting it up. Really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

We purchased a HP-Envy 17.3-inch laptop. The advice we received from the floor person was spot on for our needs. We used the Geek Squad for the data transfer from our old computer with an excellent outcome. We recommend their service.

Our experience with the Sales Team Associates was exceptional ! We spoke to the tech area and looked and bought a laptop. I wish I had written names of everyone I spoke with.

this is a great product. my old computer went down on me. went to best buy and loved this computer and they had it in stock. best buy employee was very helpful and had me new computer and out of the store in a vey short time.

Works well for what I need to do. Love the screen size.

I got this computer October 2022, and it completely died on me after having it for a year. It turns on but it just freezes entirely until the screen eventually turns black, I can't access task manager and there's no point in waiting for it to go back to normal because it won't, I have to turn it off via power button. Besides that it gave me a lot of issues throughout the year, the battery life is awful and it needed to be plugged in or it would die within the hour, the volume was so quiet even at max which made it hard to watch or listen to anything without headphones. Please DO NOT buy this laptop!

Great laptop. Large screen and so far is working great

The only thing I had issue with is there is no written handbook on the basic operation or what some of the keyboard function keys do. I know you can get most of the information online, but basic setup of programs should be written out for a new user

I am very happy with my new laptop. I was also very pleased with Kyle, the Tech that came to my house and set up my new computer for me. Thank you for the fine products that you sell and for all of your services.

The computer is great. Wish I could figure out a way to remove Windows 11 and Microsoft Edge as it constantly tries to force their products, regardless of what is selected. Very frustrating. Thankfully this computer can handle Windows 11. I had to replace a one year old Lenovo computer as it was incompatible.

keeps locking me out so not happy//////////////////

The Geek Squad prepared the computer for me with all the icons that I requested. Computer works very well and is user-friendly. I am very happy with the product and the Geek Squad. (They rule!)

I'm generally OK with this model. But two things give me headaches. One is cutting and pasting. While I know how to do it (duh!), it's not as simple as it was on my old HP. The other thing is the audio. It's not loud enough and it's inconsistent. I had to buy speakers for it and that ain't what I expected. I may have to take it back. Oops! One more thing. The keyboard. If you're not looking down on it, it's not as simple as simply as doing things automatically. It taks a bit longer.

Jess was awesome and quick. I was in a huge hurry I was one hour away from Mac Tools graduation and did have a PC that was compatible. I was chatting with Jess telling her what was going on and what I needed.

This is an exceptional product, except for the keyboard. The keys are very hard to read in an light so I hope they change this feature and also something for people who have already purchased this product.

I have been using this for a couple of months now and am happy I bought this model. It loads very quickly versus my other computer that took 10 minutes thinking time before I could use it.
