We love our new HP laptop. Thank goodness we got the Total Tech plan because getting a new computer requires transitions, etc. I am using my new laptop now to type this review.

A few new features to get used to. So far, so good. Now if I could just find a printer that doesn't make me feel like I need to recreate the scene from Office Space, "that'd be great, m'kay?"

My second HP laptop purchase and am very happy with it. The BB rep at the store had to do a hunt to locate it for me but he did it with professionalism and courtesy. Kudos!

I love my new HP Envy laptop. It is the third one I have purchased and each generation gets better and better. I will definitely buy another one when I need a new one.

I have always purchased hp laptops & always purchase at Best buy. The sales people don't work on commission and are always helpful . And believe me I always have a million questions.

Can't find a better laptop for the price anywhere else that I have looked and does everything I want; which is a lot on personal and business! Best bang for the Buck!

I like the new display and physical layout. I would like a physical Land line connection option. It is slow to wade through the Windows 11 apps and options. Things connected to HP apps vs Windows apps get inconsistent

HP usually make amazing laptop as well as desktops. I still have my desk top from almost 10 years and it still runs but I am getting a new one this black Friday

Love my new HP Envy laptop. A bit disappointed in battery life, but use it on my desk mainly plugged in.

So far so good sometimes I have to put my pin in but that's okay I can mirror it to my new TV that is Kool so far now issues still it's a learning curve

Everything I had hoped for. Manager on Duty was very accomodating as we were late arriving for pick-up. He helped us and made sure we were taken care of.

This is an excellent computor and the geek sqad was awesome setting it up. The customer service rep also was very knowledgeable of what I needed.

The laptop is fine - as I would expect from HP, BUT the battery life is terrible. The worst I've ever had in an HP laptop. Impossible to use for a few hours unless I use while charging. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I really like this. Everything works for me. when I need to share info with my husband who has a vision problem, the large screen is great.

Purchased this laptop as a gift to my daughter, and she's head over hills! She loves the up-to-date features, and the sleek design.
