It is a learning curve using Windows 11 on this laptop. I'm still learning how to put icons on my start page. Loading old program on the new one that I use is going to be a problem because new one don't have a disc drive.

I got this computer and in less than two weeks after purchasing it was already acting up. Even with the laptop closed it would get crazy hot, and when i would charge it the laptop and power cord got crazy hot. Its marketed as being able to handle games but it struggled to wven play Minecraft. I bought this Envy to replace the Envy i bought 9 years ago that is on its 3rd hard drive, the first one went out after 30 days. And before i took it back this Envy was starting to act up too. I have sense exchanged it for a macbook like i should of got originally. Do Better HP!!!

I only had this laptop for 10 months. Laptop, battery and electric plug gets extremely hot. When I first purchased this item, I returned it. I'm not sure why. But then I repurchased the same model laptop and 10 months old, new in box. this is what happens. Its been sometime time now for review because I had it in the shipping box. Never will I buy another HP Product.

Great computer. I have several like this one. I use them in my business and they are used extremely hard. Only computer I would buy.

I love it! The only thing i wild do differently would be to add the finger print scanner like the version made just before this one.

I had an older com[uter of this kind and really liked it. Had very few problems, but Geek Squad had no problem fixing them.

I am very happy with this new laptop. The young man who helped me was patient and explained myriad options to me.

I write stories, take a lot of wildlife photos, collect recipes and use this everyday. It works great for all I do.

I basically picked out the computer on my own. Talked to Daniel at the Geek Squad about why I would do better buying it from Best Buy along with Total Tech, which I had any way. So I did.

Very pleased with the the new laptop. We purchased a new Printer/Coppier/ Fax machine. To compliment our laptop

I love it!!!! Don't mind using Windows 11 at all, if you can use 10 you can use 11. So glad I got this new computer!!!!

The HP Envy is just what I needed a great product this is my 3rd one in 10 years I think this is the best one yet
