Had the last model and did well until a software update glitch made us have to completely reinstall the operating system. A drag, but on the surface this next generation model has great memory and speed option. However, the microphone stopped working after another software update. :-/ Windows updates continue to solve some problems and cause others. Best Buy Geek Squad it is... Way to soon to have these issues, but here we are. Waiting for the repair of this model as we type this review.
