I went to Best Buy, looking to purchase a Dell that I'd read about online. But when I got to the store, I talked with a sales person about the Dell, and was shown a MUCH BETTER laptop, it turned out to be the JP ENVY.!!! I have LOVED every minute using this laptop.. It has tons of amazing features and even a biometric finger print sign on.. I'm thinking I'll never go back to any other brand of computers or printers..!!

I only buy HP laptops. I seem to have no problems with them. I have three of them . The only reason I bought this one is because my wife uses one of them for paint nights online and gets speckles of paint on it which drives me nuts so she now has it for that use only. I waited a long time for this one to go on sale. The larger screen is better for me, fast speed and the 512 hard drive make it the right choice for me.

My Mother and I decided to buy new laptops. Mine was 10 years old and hers was 6 years old. I went to Best Buy and spoke to two employees about one month apart. They were both very knowledgable and helpful. I greatly appreciated that they were willing to be so helpful even though I didn’t buy on either of those two days. Their information gave us confidence in our choice and we are completely satisfied with the out come.

fast, great on startup, easy to use. i open fifteen browser windows an there is no lag at all

I don’t know why I waited so long to upgrade!! This computer starts up and ready to go in like 2-3 seconds!! No lag, no programs slowing it down on startup, just hit the power button and it’s ready to go. Other computers with a standard disk hard drive are slow and noisy, not this one it’s extremely quiet!! I highly recommend this laptop!!

Laptop is great, fast, reliable. Love the larger screen. Disliked the many laptops on display but none in stock, forcing me to go to another store to purchase.

Had this about 6 weeks so far and no complaints. I use this for everyday computing (no gaming, editing/design) and I could have bought something cheaper, but I wanted the higher RAM as this started off as a backup work laptop and I needed to have the power to run Zoom, Office 365, and a few other things without slowing up. Great screen resolution. No plans on using touch screen. The wider screen is great for my aging eyes. Bought this after seeing all the good reviews.

the guy who helped us was awesome. He was a new employee he said. But we couldnt have had a better person to help us. he respected are wishes as far as what kind of computer we wanted and didnt try to force the fact that it might be outdated just and over all great and knowledgeable guy helping us with our computer section. Now the guy in the phone dept is why i did not select 5 stars he was aweful. had no respect of us seemed like he was annoyed we even asked him. Never mentioned any alternative phones nothing i give the phone dept a 1 star would a 0 star but that is not available
