Large screen and large keys for an old-timer like me.

seems to take a while to learn navigation..and i LIKE the speed between tabs

Love the 17” screen. The computer has met my expectations.

The features of this laptop, of which I’m still learning, are what I wanted. I did increase the memory to 1 tb. Because of the homework selection I made and the manufacturer’s reputation of quality, this laptop is expected to grow with me for several years to come (I hope). I also purchase the Geek Squad support.

The Envy is fast with excellent screen resolution!

Nice computer, trying to get used to it. It tells me my printer is not working every time I open it. However when I send something to the printer it works. When I am typing, the cursor will put itself someplace besides where I was typing. Perhaps when I get used to it and learn more about it, I could give a better review. Something just popped up and I have no clue what it is trying to tell me or how to get rid of it. I have to ask for help from someone.

So far impressed with the speed and screen display.

Great & EXACTLY as to fitting household need (s). Person who assisted me with the sale was courtesy & knowledgeable. I looked for him when days later returned to purchase or further educate myself on routers. Individual was not there day I was, however an equally nice/knowledgeable guy was!!!! Two in a row-that’s rare.

So far we are happy with the laptop. Setting up was easy. Best Buy staff were great answering our questions.

love the functionality and speed of this amazing laptop

After 4 days my new computer quit working. I paid for Geek Squad service but there is not a phone number where you can speak to them. When you call the number provided, after about 15 minutes your call gets dropped. It has been a real mess and I will never purchase from Best Buy again.

I will give it a 3 because I loved the features, including touch screen. The processor was fast and I loved this purchase! However, I had to return the computer because the microphone doesn’t work. I hated conducting virtual calls and using my cell phone to speak while on the laptop. It’s just not worth keeping a defective product.

The Envy is a great computer. Love the large touch screen and the fingerprint login. It’s very responsive and user friendly. Unlike my Lenovo laptop that’s made of plastic and breaking up, the case on my Envy is metal and feels very durable. I’ve only had it a month but I would highly recommend it.

Large screen. Much faster than my older laptop. This one easily handles jobs on multiple screens.

Needed to Exchange a computer that had a problem with it. The manager, I think, who helped us both times with this issue make sure that we got a new computer. It was much appreciate it! He made sure Customer Service was his first priority.
