I met with Noah with Geek Squad at Best Buy Mission Viejo, Ca. He was incredible! I had a very unusual problem with my microphone on my laptop. It took an hour for him to discover and fix the issue. He's a genius that's all I can say. Keep this guy! He is a great asset to your department!

I love this laptop. The quality is great and its in excellent condition. However, i bought a Satisfactory open box, which is supposed to come with only cosmetic damage, according to the tag attached. After using it for a bit, i noticed the touch pad left click is actually damaged. I know my store is sold out, so i dont wanf to return or exchange it. Get what i paid for i suppose. Great laptop.

Although I was not impressed with the time it took to get my computer was ,everything else was good. Well package and every thing was there. The computer works well, as expected from HP. I have not been able to use it as much as I would like to, but I'm still using my old computer as primary.

My recent purchase of the HP Envy 17” laptop. It is extremely user friendly so it is no problem to operate. It’s slim design makes it easy to transport. And the geek squad total tech support is amazing. Everyone is friendly, and no one talks down to a customer with limited knowledge. Awesome experience.

Beautiful computer. arrived ahead of schedule. got for my wife, easy for her to setup. Very fast, excellent touch screen. no issues at all. got a logitech bluetooth mouse which connected easily. Computer is big, but wanted something for a home setup with limited need for travel.

I was looking for a laptop to handle my part-time job and gaming needs. This definitely does the job. The system is able to handle multiple apps without any trouble. I was concerned about overheating, but that has not been an issue.

I have been using the HP Envy 17.3 laptop now for a little over 2 weeks and it is a fantastic experience. Light weight for the size of screen, great key board, fast and easy to "move into".

Large briefcsase for HP ENVY 17" laptop with room for one of almost anything else in your office...(especially if you do not need to consider weight) Break down below is for laptop. The briefcase is canvas but very sturdy and well made with lots of zippers built to fit pockets

good pc the 17.3 inch screen is 1980 by 720 not too bad wish I had a 4k screen but the touch pad is too sensitive even after i turned down the sensitivity it goes all over some times enlarging the screen and turning section BLUE highlighting on its own but nice ICORE I7 and Bang & Olufsen loud pretty good speakers need a firmware update or something on the Touch Pad other wise nice sloid LAPTOP

Love my HP Envy 17.3" computer. One complaint, the headphone/microphone jack does not work and Best Buy won't fix it because I did not purchase a warranty. When I discovered the jack did not work it was after the 15 days allowed to return computer and to purchase the warranty.

Computer is great! Does All i need. Purchase was more cumbersome than it beeded to be. Walked in knowing what i wanted and had to get into a queue in order to even have someone help me. Yook over 40mins to get said help. Seemed obe associate was covering 3 departments. This new queueing system is going to drive mevto shop other online options that might not be best buy

Very satisfied with the computer at large but not the microphone. When I am in a zoom call I have to be very close to the computer for folks to hear me. My previous HP Envy I did not have this issue. I checked to make sure my sound levels were correct and they were...so I will be contacting HP re this issue that is why I gave it a four star rating and not a five.

I purchased this computer for my granddaughter who is in college and needed a new computer after her Apple Mac died on her after only 2 years of use. I love this model because I use it personally for work and have no complaints. It was a great investment

Love this laptop although it is a bit thinner and flimsier than my previous laptop. I dropped mine first month I had it and it dented pretty bad but screen and everything else stayed in tact and worked fine still. It is still pretty top notch quality regardless, but I would recommend if you get this model that you invest in the protection plan...totally saved me.

I have this laptop and dropped it in water and of course it stopped working. I immediately ran to Best Buy to get it looked at. I was told by the geek squad that it was irreparable. So I purchased another one because I like it so much. I left the water soaked laptop in my car overnight. I ended up taking it to my office only to find out it still works!!! Now I have 2!

This is a great device. They ONLY gripe is there is not a screenshot key on the new HP Envy - It took me about 15 minutes to locate directions - which are quite simple - FN key and right shift key and then paste your document. Other than that it is amazing!!

I’ve had mine for over a year and it does concern me that the finger mousepad gets stuck occasionally seems kinda cheap for such an expensive laptop but other than that it’s held up really well.

It has done everything I've asked of it, it was actually the one i wanted in every sense of the word. the last computer i had was with the A10 processor, this i7 is so much quicker. Just plain awesome!!
