We loved our first HP envy so much that 5 or 6 years later we decided to upgrade to this newer, faster, and sleeker-looking one. However, in today's day and age where everyone is holding Zoom Meetings and doing everything virtually, I feel like HP REALLY skimped out on the built in microphone. Very frustrating when you have a 6 year old computer that can pick up a whisper and a brand new one that will only pick up what sounds like garbled audio. Even with sensitivity levels at the max it literally sounds like I am underwater and have to keep repeating myself during zoom or conference meetings. Everything else is perfect and what I want in a new laptop. Hey HP, This is just a little frustrating spending a grand on your new laptop and now I am researching good quality external mics?

Best Buy Geek Squad representative Briget help me with getting my new HP laptop going. I had some issues with it a few weeks later that she resolved. Briget is a great ambassador for Best Buy.

I’m a big fan of HP laptops and this doesn’t disappoint. Easy to use. Great graphics. A bit heavier than my old one. I don’t often use the touchscreen, but it’s nice to have.

It's an amazing laptop. It does everything I need it to do and then some. I love the how the hinge is so much sturdier than the last version.

Excellent power and features, much improved from prior model. They did a nice job redesigning it. Lighter. I prefer a larger screen.

I love this laptop, the screen is huge and the graphics are awesome. It does have a bit of weight but that's to be expected. You will not be disappointed with it!!!

This HP Envy laptop has performed very well and has multiple USB ports which is important to me. It is used for college coursework and its versatility is valuable.
