I LOVE IT...it does not love me back

HP Support team is the bomb! They shipped me a box to send it back and offered me a replacement while they repair it.

I find the touch screen overly sensitive & the drive stick very fickle...sometimes it works..other times not. Albrightness the f screen when unplugged not bright enough.

HP ENVY ISSUES

Not good

I bought an envy laptop in 2017 and it worked excellent for 4 years until I shattered the screen I bought this one hoping for the same quality. I've had it for 2 months. The trackpad constantly gets stuck. It makes a high pitched whine all the time. The fingerprint reader stopped working. 2 stars since its fast and get the job done buy jeez... I wish best buy's return policy wasn't so crap so I could return it.

Laptop sucks - geek squad sucks

Spent approximately 20 hours online and still have several issues. Bluebeam still isn't working properly after 4 attempted repairs. store wants to keep laptop for 10 days to attempt repairs. Geek Squad online dropped calls after only addressing 1 issue out of several. First online Geek Squad tech spent more time asking me to give him a good review rather than addressing the problem.

Bad experience

Also when I read the description battery life is up to 9.5 hours. But my brand new hp laptop does not go more than 3 hours. Thats why I returned this item.
