I love the bigger screen and the number pad on the right hand side of keyboard. The only minor complaint I have, which is a dumb one, is that the power button is in such a weird spot on the keyboard. It is not at the end. I have to put my glasses on to find it.

Great compact compter. I love the crisp visual display of the large 17.5 inch screen and it is easily carried around by its light weight design. The core processor can handle all the internet traffic quickly. Music and movies no problem on this computer. This purchase is more than made me prepared to work from home or at the office.

This is my first laptop and I'm enjoying it already. I love that it has a big screen, finger id, and number pad. I bought this primarily to do zoom meetings on, and it has a nice feature for turning off the camera so your video doesn't accidentally get turned on.

I was in the market for a new computer to replace my slowly dying desktop unit that is 11 years old. My wife and I decided that we really didn't need a desktop unit, as everybody in the house has a laptop except me. So we headed to Best Buy to buy me a HP laptop. HP is the only brand that we use, and all of our computers were purchased at Best Buy. The sales associate could not have been more helpful in helping me select the laptop that met my needs. He also made sure that I had everything that I needed, software, wireless mouse, and a carrying case. We even purchased the Geek Squad Total Protection. Very Happy experience.

Bought this for some new special software. Small si e good weight.

Wife was looking for a decent laptop to organize her photos. Purchased along with laptop was external hard drive for more storage space. Hooked up with no problems. Screen resolution is awesome. Numerical numbers on keyboard was some of the small things we were looking for. Overall satisfied with product.

Bought it on sale for just under $1000, good value for a 17 in laptop. Speed is good but the explanation of the processor speed was a little confusing. Specs say 4.7 but the System says 2.8 and 1.69 for the 11th generation i-7. Not enough of a tech to know the difference but found the Specs on Best Buy a little misleading. Overall happy with the laptop and would recommend buying if you can also get it under $1000. Good luck!

Unreal laptop, a little more then I thought. Expands my learning of laptops, and what they can do, The screen is large and bright. Everything is right there ready to go. Just perfect for me to grow into and learn more everyday. my last laptop lasted 11 years, so This should last years and years to come.

Purchased this for my daughter to use at college. Easy set up! Love the larger screen, not as heavy as one would think. Screen display is crisp and clear. Does not come with Microsoft Office, like I was originally told it did. That has to be purchased seperately. It's really a nice laptop!

Great laptop! Lighter than most 17", fast, clarity on screen incredible, I7, 512GB makes this the best on the market. My first HP, had three Asus before this, now huge fan of HP. Battery life has been great! Best Buy Geek Squad was great in setting up/transferring data from old computer.

The screen resolution is excellent. The touch pad is quite sensitive and having no right and left buttons took all but three seconds to figure out. That is once you knew where to push for a right click. I like the fact that the Solid State hard drive shuts down so quickly. You no longer have to wait for the laptop to power down. The keys are a bit hard to see if you need to type by sight. Being thin as it is, it sloshes around in my old laptop case. A laptop sleeve would be perfect.

I use this computer of online college courses. SSD is fast. Backlit keyboard is handy. Computer makes no noise. I have owned this computer for 3 months and am still discovering all the bells and whistles. I am a fan of HP products and this computer is a worthy member of the HP family.

Very nice laptop that's fast and light. The keys light up in low light conditions. Large touch screen is easy to use with excellent sensitivity adjustment. Set up was done quickly as well as loading Microsoft Office suites.

We are very happy with the bigger screen we chose and ease of transition from our old one. Store personnel were very nice and helpful. We have made other computer purchases here, so we came back for the great service!
