I am a returning student to school, the ease of the computer I love it. I believe in this quality investment and I am well pleased with the knowledge that everyone gave me at purchasing of my new Hat the store.

I wanted a laptop with a big screen. All laptops were sold out. They had this refurbished one available. I bought it. I didn't realize it was a touch screen until I got it home. It was a really nice surprise.

The only complaint I have is the numbering and letters on the keyboard. I wish they were darker in color. At certain times throughout the day, glare makes it impossible to see the letters/numbers on the keyboard.

Would highly recommend this laptop. The touch screen is very easy to use, the computer screen size is prefect for anything that is need to be done, the screen quality is clear, and the processing speed is fast.

This computer is heavy in weight but has a big screen, fast with a lot of space for documents, and has hp tech support for a year. It look very plain and the you must charge daily. Downloading file is simple.

Very nice computer. Super fast. Great screen. Very nicely styled with plastic and metal. So good we bought 2! This is what you get when you upgrade every 4-5 years.....vastly improved performance.

I looked at several laptops before deciding to purchase this one online. I placed my order and it was ready for pick up in less than 1.5 hours. The set up was easy and I’m pleased with its performance thus far.

I like it so far but I'm just getting to know it. I've only had it a few days as I had Geek Squad set it up and transfer my old data to my new machine. It would make sense to come back to me in a couple of months to see how I feel then.

this is a great computer. purchased for my son who is an engineering major and so far meets all needs... and I see netflix going more often than the school stuff so display is very good i'm assuming.

This is a great Laptop. Perfect for home use, especially with the distance learning that is going on at the present time. Big bright screen, and fast performance. Overall very pleased with this HP.

Love my new touch HP touchscreen laptop. I can enlarge things if the picture is too small. Clear picture and everything loads superfast with the I7 processor. Lots of room for files and work.

Good laptop and is pretty fast and does a good job. I did take 1 star off because I love having a backlit keyboard but with this laptop having silver keys makes the backlighting almost useless at least for me.

The speed is great the easiest laptop that I have ever owned. I own my own business and rely on laptops to VPN to my customers and so do my employees. I will definitely be purchasing more!!

This laptop is exceeding expectations. I love the depressed keyboard which has decreased hand fatigue. I work with a minimum of 5 windows open all the time and it runs great. I am so pleased with this laptop.

I purposefully did not buy another Apple Laptop computer as I wanted to return to something simple I could manage. That being said, this keyboard is difficult to use, the letters can’t be seen when it’s on a flat surface, so I make more typing errors. The mouse touchpad is super sensitive most of the times and sometimes it’s not. Sometimes I have to push hard? I’m trying to find my way around it, but not being tech savvy makes it a challenge. Would not recommend it at this point in my usage experience.

Being senior citizens, we wanted a computer with a backlit keyboard to make it easier for us ............. this one is absolutely fntastic!!!!!

I bought the laptop for its large screen and easy typing keyboard because I have to work from home. It works so well I don't need 2nd monitor.

I bought this computer for my wife as it had the best specs for the price. In addition, I have had good success with HP over the years. The monitor is a wonderful display. Keyboard, for a laptop, is easy to use. Very solid case. Trackpad is very usable. The built-in mic is not great. In fact, unless you are sitting directly in front of the screen it does not pick up sound well. Very disappointed as my wife uses it often for webinar meetings.

I got this laptop for heavy research/office use and light gaming. It performs very well. It is fast and seamless in processing. The physical construction is high quality. Very satisfied.

My son lives the wider screen, touch screen and not too heavy to transport from home to school . We have great experience with HP from before and why we choose to buy my student’s laptop.
