This has everything you need in a laptop. It’s very useful for my major in college since it can run all the programs required in my engineering course, plus I can play games on it on the side and it will run smoothly. The only downside is the battery life, it’s a good battery life, I just wish it lasted longer so that I don’t have to bring my charger with me to school.

I the Rep that helped me did have me send more than I wanted BUT it was worth every penny to get what I needed, this laptop is bigger in size than I hoped for and again I say it ol when you get the satisfaction I hve with this awesome technology, I am able to do everything I wanted and more. The Rep had the best knowledge of what the items and had great answers to my questions, he was the greatest.

Great laptop and specs. But know what you are getting into. It is big and not practical for everyday mobility. Serves us well as it functions like a main computer with the option for mobility. The offset keyboard to include the number key pad takes getting used to.

So far its great and easy to use for my wife's work and for my daughters classroom meetings.

Purchased as replacement for laptop which died. Unfortunately the initial one I received died after the initial boot-up. Had to go out in the midst of COVID19 to get a replacement. the exchange process during this time went well and the clerk was able to locate this comparable (except GeForce) replacement. I depend on my laptop to accomplish much and prefer HP laptops.

Had a problem out of the box. HP had not installed an operating system on my laptop. Had to call the Geek Squad which was no help and very rude. Took it to the store for the Geek Squad there to take a look at it. They immediately fixed the problem so I was on my way. Seems to be working fine now. Just and HP problem. I have always used HP products and will continue to do so just a little disappointed that I had to take it back right out of the box.

Computer is lightweight and thin and screen clarity is great. Touch screen is very useful.
